    Happy VE Day! Public holiday in France.

    So was last weekend (holiday that is – May Day)… we actually attended the VE day ceremony in Salornay (1 gendarme, 8 volunteer firemen and the mayor)

    Tartiflete – alas, non! But reblochon cheese, a key ingredient, is very big around here..
