Victor's poem as it appears in his copy book.

Here is the full text of Victor Frost’s poem, exactly as provided on a 512 MB thumb drive.

God help us…

Under the bridge and through the snow, were do the homeless go in Palo Alto?
Loneness and despair are our only friends.
The deep dark canyons of depression, haunts us every night and day… (Ongoing pain and suffering).
The wet and cold of the cardboard on the sidewalks are our only beds, some of us die, (accqumetive hypothermal).
Understanding is lacking-we are persecuted for bagging for food, our constanail rights are stopped on…
What do we have to do to end the homeless harassment?
A law sute…
God help us…

A couple notes: I think Victor is referencing ‘accumulative hypothermia,’ a condition that can kill homeless people even in mild climates, ‘begging’ for food,  ‘constitutional’ rights and a law ‘suite.’
